Terms of Service

1. User Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You also confirm that you have not been convicted of a felony or any offense requiring registration as a sex offender.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised or used inappropriately.

3. Profile Authenticity

Accuracy is essential for maintaining a high-quality environment. All information provided in your profile must be truthful and current. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Acceptable Conduct

We expect all users to treat others with respect. Your use of the service must comply with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal networking and dating.

5. Prohibited Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination without refund:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other members.
• Solicitation for commercial purposes, prostitution, or escort services.
• Distribution of obscene, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or spiders to access the service.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.

6. Messaging Rules

Communication between members should remain respectful. Sending unsolicited explicit images, spamming multiple users with identical messages, or using abusive language in direct messages is a violation of these terms. We employ automated systems and user reports to monitor compliance.

7. Subscription Terms

While basic access may be free, premium features require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium membership, you agree to the stated terms for that tier. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

8. Billing Terms

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to premium features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically grant a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the current billing cycle expires.

10. Refund Conditions

Generally, all charges for purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Exceptions may be made in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws mandate a cooling-off period, provided the request falls within the specified legal timeframe.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to use it on the platform.

12. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor communications and content. We may review, block, edit, or remove any material that we determine in our sole discretion violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We also retain the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

13. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the services or the conduct of any other member.

14. Dispute Process

Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled primarily through mandatory informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, rather than jury trials or class actions, subject to local jurisdictional laws in Quebec.
